Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
Personal care items (beauty products, hygiene items)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
